oil sketch on moleskineI was inspired this week after reading 'Take delight in colour' at Drawanyway.com to try just the opposite :), think of the colours I usually dislike (pastel colours) and make something with them. This is not exactly what I had in mind, but since it's not finished the sketch may improve yet. Perhaps.

This is interesting -- and I'm with you: pastels are my least favourite colours.
Thanks for your comment Andrea... I'm finding that if I mix them with just a little amount of some other colour, to avoid them to be too 'clean-looking', I can work with them (not pink though- that's a big no-no for me :) ).
